Hybrid wars: a concept in definition from a context in transformation

The general objective of the interview with Dr. Luis Alexander Montero Moncada is to analyze the concept of “Hybrid War” from its conceptualization, characterization and approach to case studies, generally reviewing the war between Russia and Ukraine. From the perspective of the interviewee, the aim is to deepen the studies of war, returning to related concepts such as "hybrid threat", a concept defined by the American military man Frank Hoffman and the new cyber domain, emphasizing its relevance in this matter.
