Cybersecurity, cyberdefense and their relationship with human security

Cybersecurity involves protecting networks and information systems, while cyber defense focuses on preventing and countering cyber attacks that may affect sovereignty and social well-being. Education, research and collaboration are essential to strengthen these capabilities. Implementing policies that promote cybersecurity training and fostering cooperation between different sectors are crucial steps to guarantee a secure digital environment and, therefore, a better quality of life for society.
